In the event that you decide at any time to withdraw from any litigation which is before the court, or in the process of being prepared, please notify us at once so that we may take adequate steps to halt the process. If you decide to drop the divorce action, you will owe the portion of your retainer expended for those services already performed, and for any costs advanced on your behalf.
